Replacement guarantee

If your account doesn't work as described — login failure, missing credentials or verification issues — we replace it free of charge within 30 days of purchase. Contact support with your order details and we will issue a replacement, usually within a few hours.

Refund policy

• Account not as described: if the account materially differs from what was advertised and we cannot provide a suitable replacement, you receive a full refund.
